We occupied the Milena apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. The apartment is spacious, equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer and kitchen utensils. The owner is very nice, on the day of arrival we could check in much earlier than 1 p.m. Contact with the lady via WhatsApp, she gave us answers and instructions very quickly and efficiently (I booked my stay without intermediaries such as Airbnb and there is nothing to worry about, everything was reliable and without a problem). Very close to the beach, a shop on the ground floor of the apartment, a lift and free parking. We did not need to book an underground parking because there were enough spaces under the block.

Sve pohvale,bilo nam je predivno,plaza je bukvalno na 3min kao i market u samoj zgradi.Apartman je cist uredan i lepo opremljen.Domacin nas je ljubazno docekao i sproveo do apartmana.

Mali sugestija:Na terasi bi trebao suncobran,a u kuhilji mikrotalasna ostalo je sve top.❤️

Convenient with the stroller. Very well maintained apartment. Plenty of parking, a supermarket downstairs in the building and a 24/7 market across the street. You can easily walk to Rafailovići and stroll along the promenade and be entertained. Budva can be reached quickly by car.

Apartment was so good and the owner was so helpfull and polite. Also the Apartment is close to sea. Everything was good

We are very lucky, we came across a great host, he made us feel like we were in our country, although it was not within the scope of our agreement, he showed us around on the last day and did not charge extra for it. He responded immediately when we needed him, he picked us up from the place we agreed on and from a closer location, so you can go with your eyes closed, they are literally perfect people.

The location is right by the sea, the market is downstairs. The house is clean and met all our needs, we recommend it for families 🙂

Ljetovali smo u apartmanu Seaview. Pohvale za domaćine. Apartman je prelijep, savršen pogled na more, u potpunosti opremljen i najvažnije plaža je bas blizu. Nadam se da ćemo se ponovo vratiti. Jos jednom sve pohvale…😀 …

We had a great holiday in this apartment. It was exactly as in the description and pictures. He provided all of our necessary requirements. The biggest plus is that it has a great view and is close to the beach, just 3-4 min from the beach. Very welcoming host. We'll definitely be back here.🤗
